We will be seeing patients in person for PROCEDURES ONLY. For the forseeable future all medication refills and follow up appointments will continue to be Telehealth appointments.

What to Expect the Day of your Appointment: On the day of your appointment, we ask that you wait in your vehicle and call us upon arrival. A member of our front desk team will let you know if the office is cleaned and ready for you to enter, or may ask you to please wait patiently in your car for a few more minutes. To maintain the highest standard of safety and sanitation, only the patient will be allowed into our practice during their appointment time. Our waiting room is still closed, we regretfully cannot allow anyone without an appointment into our office.

Masks are REQUIRED at all times. Patients should be wearing their own cloth face covering upon arrival to the facility. If you do not have a mask, we will kindly ask patients not in compliance to reschedule their appointments. If you arrive at our office without a face mask, please be aware you will be rescheduled and charged $80.00 for a late rescheduling fee.

When it is time for your appointment, please knock on our office door and wait to be invited in.

Due to limited appointments and increased sanitization of the office, we will need to discuss and treat the primary reason for visit only. If you have a new problem or additional questions for Dr. Mikuzis, we would be happy to discuss during your follow up Telehealth call.

Regretfully, we are unable to escort patients out of the office at this time. If you need assistance leaving the office, we ask you to make arrangements to meet you back at our office door 45 minutes after your appointment time.
